Aura Chai is a premium chai brand rooted in authenticity, heritage, and elevated flavour profiles. While the product had strong foundations and cultural credibility, the brand required a structured strategy to successfully launch into the UK market, secure hospitality distribution, and build commercial traction.

Following UK momentum, we replicated and scaled the model into the USA market, targeting specialty cafés, boutique hotels, and premium lifestyle venues.
