Maison Kaizen is a modern wellness platform founded by international influencer Rosa Crespo, built around the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen — small, continuous daily improvements.
With an existing global audience of 500K+ followers, the objective was to transform Rosa’s personal brand and community into a fully developed luxury wellness platform and e-commerce business, combining retreats, curated products, and community-led experiences.
