Founded in Belluno, Italy’s eyewear capital, IN SANA blends traditional craftsmanship with avant-garde European design. Each handcrafted piece reflects a commitment to individuality, sustainability, and made-to-measure precision.

Our role was to scale IN SANA across the European market by strengthening e-commerce performance, expanding B2B retail partnerships, building a structured newsletter ecosystem, and preparing the brand for USA and GCC expansion.

The Project

The Challenge


Despite strong product integrity and heritage positioning, IN SANA faced:

  • Limited awareness outside Italy

  • Saturation within the luxury eyewear category

  • Minimal structured retail distribution

  • Underdeveloped digital acquisition and retention systems

  • Need for international growth architecture

The objective was to transition from artisanal niche label to scalable European luxury eyewear house.
